I started my Real Estate Career working for one of Park Slope’s Premiere Developers, David Gaunt Development, whose primary focus was doing gut-renovations of brownstones and developing them into coops. Working for a local developer with his ear to the ground has proved time and again to be a strong foundation to build on, in terms of discovering unique opportunities and realistic valuations.

Through various opportunities along the way, I thrive on the transactional side of the business, and look forward to driving Yorkstone Realty into a leading New York successful brand.

I’ve now worked long enough in Real Estate to have seen two down cycles dip and bounce back. As today’s economy stabilizes from the recent past crash, we can see the New York market activity begin to recover in ways that ultimately reflect the health of living and working in this great city of ours. Cap rates are once again setting record low levels. Income levels are stretching upwards, and neighborhood dynamics and boundaries are coalescing in ways that would have been unimaginable just a few short years ago.

As New York blossoms, grows, and maintains it’s position as the world’s premium Global Market, I am happy to call this town my home, my playground, and my place of business. When I wake up in the morning, you’ll find me walking the streets, seeking to find tomorrow’s opportunities.
