The firm was founded by Ira Krivit, following 15 years of experience representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate in the Greater New York Metro area. Yorkstone Realty works with a small number of buyers and sellers who want a tailored approach to solving both their immediate and long term goals.
Ira Krivit, Founder & CEO
I started my Real Estate Career working for one of Park Slope’s Premiere Developers, David Gaunt Development, whose primary focus was doing gut-renovations of brownstones and developing them into coops. Working for a local developer with his ear to the ground has proved time and again to be a strong foundation to build on, in terms of discovering unique opportunities and realistic valuations.
Through various opportunities along the way, I thrive on the transactional side of the business, and look forward to driving Yorkstone Realty into a leading New York successful brand.
