Yorkstone Realty opened for business in the Spring of 2012 for the purpose of providing superior client representation services in commercial real estate.

The firm was founded by Ira Krivit, following 15 years of experience representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate in the Greater New York Metro area. Yorkstone Realty works with a small number of buyers and sellers who want a tailored approach to solving both their immediate and long term goals.

As a Commercial Brokerage Sales firm, we concentrate on multi-family and mixed use buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Additionally, we provide our clients valuation services, as well as leasing assignments for retail and office customers.
