Yorkstone Realty is actively engaged in finding, funding and building new development opportunities in the outer boroughs.  Our activities include both gut-renovation and new construction projects, delivering strong returns to investors and principles alike.

We recently finished two construction projects in Long Beach, Long Island, under the development company  Arcadia Shores, a development firm creating new homes on sites that were ravaged from the 2012 Super-storm Sandy.

Yorkstone Realty is actively engaged with MidUrban Development, delivering newly finished residential and mixed-use projects in Brooklyn and Queens.
